All Ages Event: Children 2 and under are free with a ticketed adult.

Rain or Shine: The festival runs regardless of weather; no refunds for weather or artist changes.

No Re-entry: Once you leave, you cannot return.

Sales: All ticket sales are final. No refunds.

Purchase Safely: Only buy tickets from Ticketmaster.ca or the SaskTel Centre Box Office.

Wristbands: Required for entry; non-transferable and must be worn all day. Lost wristbands must be repurchased.

Entry Conditions: All guests subject to search; metal detectors in use.

Terms: Ticket is a revocable license; management may refuse entry or eject guests for rule violations.

Location: SaskTel Centre festival site, 3515 Thatcher Avenue.

Transit: Free park & ride with your festival ticket and rideshare (Uber/Lyft) encouraged. See ‘Getting Here’ for more details.

Parking: VIP/Tier 1 ticket holders get complimentary parking in Lot F (one pass per order, pass must be presented). Limited paid parking available via Ticketmaster.ca. No parking without a pass.

Parking Lot Rules: No tailgating, RVs, tents, cooking, lawn games, or commercial activity. All local laws apply.

• Clear plastic, vinyl or PVC bags no larger than 14″ x 17″ x 6″
• Small clutches or purses not larger than 4.5″ x 6.5″ (not required to be clear for the festival, but must meet size requirements)
• Fanny packs (not required to be clear for the festival, but must meet size limits)
• Medical bags (subject to search; must be declared at entry)

Additional Notes

Bags not meeting these requirements will not be allowed inside the festival grounds. No storage is provided.

All bags are subject to inspection by security upon entry.

Only one bag per person is permitted.

Guests with medical or childcare needs should declare their bags at entry for inspection.

Merchandise: Festival and artist merchandise available.

Policy: No outside food/beverages except one sealed water bottle.

Alcohol: Up to two drinks per transaction; ID required for purchase; service ends at posted times; no outside alcohol or leaving with purchased alcohol.

Food Vendors: Ecko’s Lechon, Pop’s Shawarma, BeaverTails Prince Albert, Kona Ice, 2 Lemons 1 Cup, Romiz Kitchen, Big O’s Mini Donuts, Al’s Kitchen, Chick-A-Lick, Prime Bistro, Wild Pies, Lt. Dans Ice Cream Shack and SaskTel Centre concessions.

Festival staff are trained in responsible alcohol management as mandated through the Government of Saskatchewan Serve it Right program. 

• Alcohol sales will be limited to up to two alcoholic beverages per customer per transaction* 

• All guests may be required to show government issued photo ID to purchase alcohol. Expired ID is not accepted without secondary ID.  It is recommended to anyone who regularly gets carded. *Please keep your photo ID on your person, as any staff person or member of law enforcement can ask to verify your age at any time. 

• Guests shall not bring in alcoholic beverages from outside or leave with alcohol purchased at the festival. 

• Alcohol service will come to an end at a predetermined time.  Look for posted signage at bar locations. 

• Management reserves the right to refuse the sale of alcohol to any guest. 

• Outskirts Music Festival reserves the right to deny entry to anyone who appears to be intoxicated. 

• Guests must discard alcoholic beverages prior to exiting the festival grounds. 

It is the policy of SaskTel Centre and the Outskirts Music Festival to require all guests who appear to be thirty-five (35) years of age or younger to present a valid form of ID with proof of age to purchase alcoholic beverages at the venue. Guests in the possession of alcoholic beverages can be requested to produce identification at any time. Individuals who engage in the purchase of alcoholic beverages for minors or minors presenting falsified identification will be ejected from the festival and reported to Saskatoon Police Service. 

*On occasion the number of alcoholic beverages may be reduced to one. This is at the discretion of SaskTel Centre management. 

Accessible Viewing: Accessible area in GA sections.

Some areas are not accessible for people with reduced mobility, but there are also alternative routes to make it easier to get around the site. Staff will be on hand to guide you, if necessary.

Medical Needs: Medical tent available; bring documentation for allergies/dietary restrictions.

This event may be broadcast, recorded and publicized, and you may be filmed and/or photographed as part of the audience. By your attendance, you are granting your permission to be recorded for commercial purposes and agree to the following: being filmed, videotaped or photographed by any means; full use of your name, likeness, voice and words without compensation; specifically waiving all rights of privacy and/or publicity during the videotaping or filming and release The Outskirts Music Festival/ SaskTel Centre (Saskatchewan Place Association Inc., affiliate and subsidiary companies, and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners, parents, partners, affiliates, employees and consultants from liability for loss, damage or compensation for the use of your name, likeness, voice and words; and compliance with all rules and regulations of the event. 

Smoking and vaping are permitted only within designated areas; use outside of these areas may result in removal from the festival grounds.

SaskTel Centre and the Outskirts Music Festival is committed to providing an enjoyable and safe environment for all guests to experience and exceeding your expectations with excellent customer service. When you attend the festival, you can expect first-class service, a safe and clean environment, concessionaires that serve a variety of quality food, and courteous and knowledgeable staff. 

 All event day staff work together to ensure your experience is a positive one. As a guest at the Outskirts Music Festival, you are expected to maintain reasonable and appropriate behavior at all times. Guests who fail to comply with the Festival Code of Conduct are subject to ejection. 

• Guests shall be respectful of all other guests, fans, participants, referees, entertainers, athletes, arena staff and arena property. 

• Guests shall not willfully or maliciously disturb a guest/employee with a loud unreasonable noise and shall not interfere in other guests’ enjoyment of the event (verbal or physical harassment). 

• Guests shall present their purchased ticket when requested and sit in the ticketed seat location. 

• Guests who drink alcoholic beverages shall do so in a responsible manner. 

• Guests shall not smoke, vape or use tobacco products outside of the designated smoking area.

• Guests shall refrain from using offensive language, making obscene gestures, throwing objects, and possessing prohibited items. 

• Guests shall never enter the playing or performance area, or interfere with the event in any fashion. 

• Guests shall comply with the direction and instructions of SaskTel Centre staff. 

• Guests shall not sell tickets or merchandise on festival property. 

• Any other conduct deemed by SaskTel Centre and the Outskirts Music Festival to be inappropriate to the peace and good order of events, or which may adversely affect the safety of persons or property, will be handled immediately by our staff. 

All Festival guests are expected to maintain reasonable and appropriate behavior at all times. Guests who fail to comply with the Outskirts Music Festival Code of Conduct are subject to ejection from the event/festival. We want all our guests and fans to enjoy their visit to the festival. If, at any time, you cannot enjoy the event to its fullest, please speak with any festival staff member.
